My name is Fred Lockhart, I have over 30 years angling experience and am one of the first in Northern Ireland to hold the National Angling Guide Certificate.  I offer a professional service using the highest quality tackle and equipment. 

All necessary advance arrangements - accommodation, permits, transport, equipment hire etc will be organised to meet your requirements.
