We are a small family business, dedicated to personally tending graves in the Greater Belfast/Co Down/Lisburn areas.

We take great satisfaction and pride in offering a high quality service, caring for the graves of your loved ones, ensuring a sensitive and personal touch. Our objective is to keep the final resting place of your family and friends looking clean, tidy and cared for, and in pristine condition.

Our extensive and dependable tailored service is here to give you peace of mind when you are unable to tend the graves of your loved ones.

Perhaps circumstances prevent you from tending the grave regularly, if at all. Perhaps you live too far away or are unable physically to undertake the work. It may be that you experience difficulty in visiting the grave, but would wish that it should still be cared for.

Whatever the reason we take pride in tending the graves of your loved ones to the highest standard.

Flowers can be laid at each visit or on special anniversaries, as specified

Condition Survey

Upon completion of each tending you will receive an updated report.

This will include a colour photograph of the grave and surroundings, and will be taken immediately after each tending. A written report outlining the overall condition of the grave and memorial inscription will be provided detailing the work undertaken and suggesting future work required

Tendings

We can offer a number of tendings over the period of the year. The final resting place can be tended to, from once a year up to twelve times a year, to meet your requirements.

If more than one tending each year is required, e.g. on four occasions, we would normally attend the grave once per season. Alternatively we can tailor the visits to specific dates, which are special to you or your loved one.

Maintenence Plans
Grave Matters is a personalised service, tailored to meet your requirements. We will do as much or as little according to you needs. Our most popular maintenence plan includes:

Removal of all debris

Grass cut, edged and trimmed

Headstone/Memorial cleaned and polished

Freshly cut Seasonal flowers laid

Digital photograph of grave on completion

Written survey outlining condition of grave
