K@S was established in June 2003 by Mrs. Sharon McAshea.

Salon Logistics is the first Professional Beauty and Hair Care products and equipment retail outlet to be opened in County Tyrone.

Sharon McAshea, the proprietor, has worked as an adminstrator for the Sperrin Lakeland Trust in Tyrone County Hospital for over a year and a half. Previous to this, she was an administrator for the Erne Hospital in Enniskillen. Prior to working as an administrator in the two hospitals, the proprietor was employed by Dorothy Perkins as a part-time sales assistant. She also did a years work in Philadelphia. Sharon has completed a 1 year Tourism Degree. She also has obtained a B-TEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Enniskillen Technical College. She also attended the Dean Brian Maguire High School in Carrickmore, where she received 6 GCSEs.
