Welcome to the Sheiling Canine training and behaviour centre, conveniently situated in the Craigantlet hills just above Belfast. With over 30 years experience in dealing with most types of dogs (including real wolves). I am committed to offering a personal service for dog owners.

I cater for all breeds although I have a special fondness and rapport for Labradors and spaniels. I am happy to deal with any problems that you may have. If you are willing to learn, then you will succeed in building a solid relationship with your dog The way your dog reacts when it reaches maturity is the culmination of what it has been taught to do or inadvertently taught to do during the formative period. My objective is to enable you to enjoy one of life’s truly great experiences, that unique relationship between man and dog.

Home Consultations
Many problems that can cause great concern occur in the home. By coming to the location of the problem I can see the dog in its own environment and assess the correct training format for you to implement

Individual lessons
For fast effective results with the training of your dog, one to one training is by far the most effective method. I can give you individual attention to help shape, train and solve many problems that just could not be achieved in a group environment. The recommended minimum number of lessons is 3, but it usually requires 5. I will work with you and your dog at times that will suit your diary.

Vaccinations
All dogs must have a current vaccination certificate before being accepted for training.
